Area Manager, South-south

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the QSR industry
• HND/Bsc in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and power Bl
• Good knowledge of HACCP principles
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training records, materials, schedules, and staff development.
• Ensure timely completion of schedules and required documentation.
• Maintain QSC, REV, CXI, QA, training, and financial audit standards.
• Drive sales growth, local marketing, P&L, cost control, and performance analysis.
• People development, inventory and controls.
