Architect / 3d Animator At Prestigious Homes Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, presentations, and detailed drawings for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, animations, and visual presentations for proposed developments.
• Translate architectural concepts into compelling visual representations for management, consultants, clients, investors, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with civil/structural engineers, MEP consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors, and project managers.
• Assist with design development, material selection, space planning, façade development, and design coordination.
• Review drawings and ensure consistency between architectural designs and project requirements.
• Support preparation of planning/submission drawings and documentation where required.
• Develop marketing-quality visuals, exterior/interior renders, aerial views, and project animations.
• Make design revisions based on project requirements and feedback.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Architecture or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant architectural design and/or 3D visualisation experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D/visualization software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, 3D modelling, rendering, and/or animation skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality visuals within project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with a strong combination of architectural design and 3D animation/visualization skills are particularly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration

• Remuneration is open for negotiation and will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
