The Application & Sales Specialist - DI/US (Diagnostic Imaging/Ultrasound System) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The individual in this role supports the deployment, configuration, and optimization of diagnostic imaging and ultrasound systems, ensuring that healthcare partners can use these solutions effectively. Responsibilities include providing application support and training to clinical users, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with pre- and post-sales activities. The specialist will troubleshoot technical and application issues, collaborate with internal technical and sales teams, and prepare documentation, reports, and feedback to improve products and customer experience. The role requires regular customer visits, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer needs, system performance, and clinical workflows.
Candidates should possess Application Support capabilities, including system configuration, user training, and workflow optimization for DI/US solutions.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues promptly.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
Relevant technical or biomedical engineering background, with experience in diagnostic imaging or ultrasound systems, is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical or application role, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos, manage field visits, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
