Key Responsibilities
Commercial Planning and Performance: Translate commercial strategy into an integrated operating plan, leading target-setting, forecasting and performance reviews.
Field Operations and Capability Building: Oversee agent and merchant operations and POS distribution against KPIs, and set the commercial training and capability agenda.
Governance and Leadership: Standardise processes, SOPs and controls, supervise functional leads, and manage budgets and cross-functional execution.
