Job Description In this role, you will fulfill the following primary responsibilities:
Research the national and international markets, industries, and companies to identify trends and opportunities to inform program implementation and track results.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials summarizing research and analyses and developing recommendations for program implementation
Communicate findings and recommendations to the program management office clearly and concisely.
Create a complete bibliography and contacts list of all research information sources.
Support the program teams with work required to deliver high-quality final reports to clients.
Work independently but as part of a broader team of Sahel Consulting and its implementing partners.
Support senior management on other Sahel Consulting initiatives as requested
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for candidates with passion for agriculture that are driven and self-starters. Below are the essential qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's or master's in business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or related discipline
Minimum of 2-4 years of Experience
High-quality analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Willingness to travel (required)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Proven track record of management consulting experience
Successful completion of CFA Level 1 is a plus.
