Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly resourceful, IT-savvy and research oriented Analyst to support the organisation's business operations, research activities, data management and consulting assignments.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong digital literacy, analytical thinking, information-gathering capabilities and the ability to leverage technology and digital tools to conduct research, interpret information and develop actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online research, information gathering and data analysis across assigned projects and business areas.
Utilise digital tools, AI-powered applications and technology platforms to improve research efficiency and productivity.
Collect, organise, analyse and interpret data to support management decisions and business recommendations.
Prepare research reports, presentations, proposals and other professional business documents.
Support consulting projects, business development activities and client engagements.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, market intelligence and emerging business opportunities.
Assist in developing project reports, presentations, databases and operational trackers.
Perform administrative and operational support functions as assigned by management.
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through technology and digital solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
0–1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with demonstrable digital and research skills are encouraged to apply.
Relevant IT, data analytics or research certifications will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good research, analytical and information-sourcing skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
Ability to analyse information, identify patterns and present findings clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
