Role Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to support SeaLearn facility operations, stakeholder coordination, and general administrative activities.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the SeaLearn facility and assist with classroom coordination for students.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings as required and take minutes where necessary.
  • Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and administrative updates.
  • Submit documents to NIMASA and other regulatory bodies when required.
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Support office operations and other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative or coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
