Job Overview:

• Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data
• Engage in database management and reporting
• Engage in process optimization
• Conduct stock review with store manager to guard against stock out
• Oversee vendor management
• Ensure compliance to relevant management and statutory policies/regulations Conduct market research
• Coordinate purchase of Imported and local engineering spares in consultation from User
• Purchase packaging materials both local and imported.
• Responsible for purchasing Soybean meal bags, buy fuels, solvents and chemicals.
• Receive plant requirements from Store.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience
• Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering or related courses
• MBA and/or any relevant professional body will be added advantage
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of engineering parts and SAP will be an added advantage.
