Where You'll Make an Impact: Deliver top-tier service execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of air conditioning units Identify service opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of the business Manage service projects and contracting opportunities with both new and existing clients Maintain accurate records of work performed, including signed timesheets and detailed reports Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies Conduct site visits, audits, and monitor equipment performance Operate and adjust equipment using various measuring instruments to ensure optimal function Perform installation and commissioning of new equipment Assist in service project execution and site management Requirements: Proven experience in air conditioning service, repair, and installation (3-10 years) Strong fault finding and technical operations skills Ability to perform independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Good communication and customer relationship skills Proficiency in working with electrical, mechanical, digital, and pneumatic controls Ability to read gauges, instruments, and technical manuals Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake after-hour service calls Nice to Have: Knowledge of health and safety standards in the trade industry Experience with system overhauls and maintenance schedules What We'll Give You: Salary: R12,000 – R20,000 per month (Cost to Company), negotiable based on experience Full-time, on-site employment in a supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to work with a reputable company committed to quality and safety If you're looking to advance your career with a company that values expertise and dedication, apply now and take the next step in your professional journey.
