About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and solutions. This role bridges business strategy, user needs, data, technology, and commercial outcomes to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value. You will work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, architects, and business leaders to define product roadmaps, establish success metrics, oversee AI governance requirements, and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate AI opportunities that address business and customer needs. Define product vision, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs. Work with technical teams to assess AI models, technologies, and solution approaches. Establish product evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with data, engineering, governance, risk, and business stakeholders. Support Responsible AI, compliance, security, and governance requirements. Drive user adoption, change management, and business value realization. Assist with product positioning, business cases, and pricing strategies. Minimum Requirements Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery. Proven experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering solutions in Agile environments. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts. Experience working with data-driven products and analytics. Understanding of product performance measurement and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience building business cases, ROI assessments, and value propositions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Science, or a related field. Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, or similar. Experience delivering AI, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
