Minimum Qualifications.

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and crop protection.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram inquiries and other platforms.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• Computer literacy, record keeping, and customer follow-up skills.
• Social media customer support.
