Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of three (3) years’ service experience in power tools repair.
Valid motorcycle rider’s licence.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic power tools.
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to use testing equipment and technical documentation.
Experience working in both workshop and customersite environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Good customer service and communication skills.
