Adult Literacy Intern- Narok At Hand In Hand Eastern Africa (hih Ea)

The role will support deliver literacy and numeracy training to adult learners through community-based programmes, enabling acquisition of foundational skills that support improved livelihoods, personal development, and active participation in society.

Qualifications & Competencies

• A KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification, a Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent qualification from a government-recognized institution, and Basic Adult Education Levels I, II and III training under the national adult literacy curriculum.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the local community, culture and context within the area of deployment.
• Fluency in English, Kiswahili and the relevant local/community language( Maasai).
• Location: Kajiado and Narok (Interested applicants to specify the county they are applying to.
