Roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions using the software suite. Assume responsibility for technical services throughout the entire life cycle of the projects. Participate in decisions regarding architecture, design, and functionality throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned projects in order to keep programs within the given framework in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the customer to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through location assessments. Furthermore, during the implementation process, they provide customers with standard recommendations regarding workflow, application, user interface, reports, tests and uploads.They bear the responsibility for the readiness and support for commissioning as well as for follow-up investigations and must work with internal team members and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deepening knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses previous experience and acquired technical expertise to implement guidelines/strategies.
• A solid understanding of the key business drivers; uses this understanding to do your own work. In-depth knowledge of how your team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the field.
• Uses a certain level of judgment and has the ability to suggest various solutions outside of defined parameters, but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve simple tasks. Has access to the technical skills and analytical thinking required to solve problems. Can use multiple internal sources outside of one's own team to make decisions.

Basic qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience. The level of knowledge is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
