Administrator: Audit Inquiries

SALARY : R338 106 per annum

CENTRE : National Head Office

REQUIREMENTS :

• An appropriate National Diploma/Degree in Auditing, Internal Auditing, Accounting, Financial Management, Risk Management or related field. 1-2 years relevant experience. Computer literate. Valid driver's licence.

Competencies And Attributes:

• Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations. Financial training, data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, innovative and creative.
• Understanding of Public Service policy and legislative framework. Understanding of broader Public Service transformation processes. Good interpersonal relations, ability to network, integrity and honesty.

DUTIES :

• Administration and coordination of audit inquiries. Monitor the progress of audit inquiries and corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control measures. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding audit inquiries and responses.
• Maintain audit and compliance records in accordance with records management policies. Management of resources. Management of performance information.
