Job Description

  • The administrative assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions, including document management, clerical support, and overall office coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage calendars, distribute memos, schedule meetings, and provide reminders for management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail).
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Confidentially handle sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSC in a relevant discipline.
  • Candidates must have good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good record keeping and document filing skills.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent clerical acumen is highly required.
  • Must be ready and be able to work well within a team while maintaining outstanding relationship with all team members.
