Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other routine communications.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with office procurement, inventory, and monitoring of office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes where required, and follow up on action points.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
  • Assist with staff attendance, documentation, and other basic HR administrative activities.
  • Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and inquiries professionally.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure the office environment and administrative processes run efficiently.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI Tools like ChatGPT and Claude AI and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, the incumbent will assist in carrying out the administrative duties revolving around managing the administrative, procurement and protocol functions. Role and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and implementation of the work program and budget to ensure compatibility with work priorities and objectives, considering the most effective use of resources.
