Human Resources & Organizational Development
Support employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, induction, pay/benefits, performance management, wellbeing, retention and separation.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, HR files and HRIS entries.
Support recruitment processes (vacancy documentation, interviews, reference checks, onboarding).
Administer probation, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers and other lifecycle processes.
Support annual performance management cycle (communication, documentation, tracking).
Coordinate staff learning and development initiatives.
Provide HR inputs for payroll and administer employee benefits/welfare schemes.
Respond to routine HR requests and escalate complex matters.
Support HR compliance activities, audits and reviews.
Assist HR/OD projects, staff engagement, surveys and workshops.
Coordinate communication with HR service providers (insurance, medical, payroll).
Maintain confidentiality and report suspected breaches of HR policy or law.Other Duties

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or related field.
At least 3 years’ HR experience in NGO/INGO or similar environment.
Membership of IHRM or relevant HR body desirable.
