Develop and implement HR plans aligned with business objectives
Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning
Review HR policies, procedures, and guidelinesRecruitment & Selection
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
Develop job descriptions and specifications
Manage advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and selection
Oversee reference checks and employment contractsOnboarding & Offboarding
Develop onboarding processes and maintain records
Monitor probation reviews and coordinate exitsEmployee Relations & Workplace Support
Act as point of contact for employee concerns
Handle grievances and disciplinary matters
Promote positive working relationships and confidentialityPerformance Management
Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals
Support managers in setting objectives and improvement plansLearning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate programmes
Maintain training records and evaluate effectivenessPayroll, Leave & Benefits Coordination
Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance
Monitor leave records and attendance

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field
Professional qualification in HR (e.g., CHRP) preferred
4–6 years’ progressive HR experience, including supervisory/managerial capacity
Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or related industry an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsCompetencies
