KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships and understand business objectives/challenges.

  • Track industry trends, market conditions and competitors; identify opportunities/threats and provide recommendations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare account-performance reports, including revenue forecasts and customer-satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyse data for trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
