Accounts & Finance Officer

SALARY: KES 80,000

All Candidates Must:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA Part II or above is Mandatory.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within real estate, property management, land sales, or a related industry.
• Practical experience in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
• Experience tracking customer instalments, sales collections, commissions, and outstanding balances will be highly desirable.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, iTax, payroll processing, and statutory filing requirements.
• Proven experience in bank and M-Pesa reconciliations, petty cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
