Core Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, code expenses, and prepare payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, track incoming payments, record deposits, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconciliation: Match bank statements and general ledgers to identify and fix discrepancies.
Data Entry: Input financial transactions, journal entries, and receipts into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Record Keeping: Organize, file, and secure digital or physical financial documents.
Reporting & Audits: Assist with month-end/year-end closing procedures and pull documentation for internal or external audits.
Requirements
Must have a background in Accounting and stay around Ajah, Lagos.
Salary N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
