Kwena Human Capital, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking to hire an Accountant/ Senior Accounts Clerk to be based in Table View, Cape Town. This position will be for our Kwena Music Division.
Minimum Requirements:
BCom Accounting Degree
5 years' relevant accounting experience
Strong Sage One systems experience
Proven payroll administration experience
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
Must reside in Table View or the surrounding area
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Independently manage the full day-to-day finance function
Student quotations, new intake fee structures and monthly invoicing
Debtors' management, collections and payment arrangements
Creditors, supplier reconciliations and payment preparation
Monthly payroll and salary administration
VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL and SARS submissions and payments
Sage One accounting and bank reconciliations
Cash-flow monitoring, monthly financial reporting and management accounts
Overall finance administration and internal controls
