Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000 monthly

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial records and accounts of multiple interior design projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing over 20 project accounts at a time, ensuring accurate expense tracking, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for over 20 projects simultaneously.
• Track project budgets, expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare project cost reports and monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, invoices, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier payments.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and project profitability summaries.
• Identify financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and month-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in project costing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software.
• ICAN qualification or active progress towards certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and deliver accurate reports.
