About the Role
We are a growing healthcare and diagnostic services provider seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team.
We are committed to delivering quality medical screening, diagnostic services and healthcare solutions through efficient operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of account, including general ledger, journals, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly management accounts, trial balance, and year-end financial statements
Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts and variance analyses
Monitor receivables, outstanding payments, expenses, and cash flow.
Prepare and file VAT, withholding tax (WHT), PAYE and company income tax returns
Ensure timely remittance of pension and other statutory deductions
Maintain proper tax records and support audits by FIRS, LIRS and external auditors.
Support payroll processing, statutory deductions, tax compliance, and other financial obligations.
Manage petty cash and process expense claims.
Identify and report financial discrepancies, irregularities, and control weaknesses.
Support internal and external audits and ensure proper filing and safeguarding of financial records.
Provide accurate and timely financial information to management as required.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
ACA (ICAN), ACCA or ANAN qualification is strongly preferred; part-qualified candidates will be considered
Experience 3-5 years of accounting experience
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Salary N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
