SALARY SCALE :

• R487 410 - R607 251 p.a. (excluding benefits)

TERM OF APPOINTMENT: PERMANENT

LOCATION: MIDDELBURG, MPUMALANGA (MP313)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 plus National Diploma/ B Degree in Financial Accounting/ Cost and Management Accounting/ Local Governance Finance/ Public Finance Management and Administration or relevant equivalent qualification (NQF 6/7). 3-5 years relevant experience in assets management environment. Knowledge of GRAP standards would be advantageous. Computer literacy (Ms Office) especially advanced Excel. Valid code B driver's license.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Assist with preparation of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards. Monthly reconciliations of all general ledger accounts. Responsible for the accounting of all land transactions in the asset register, inventory, investment property and property plan and equipment. Maintenance of the lease register.
