Prepare monthly management accounts, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in Sage X3.Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accurate reporting within agreed deadlines.Reconcile advertising bookings, client billings, revenue and credit notes recorded in Naviga to Sage X3, investigating and resolving discrepancies.Reconcile advertising expenditure across Meta, Google Ads and other social media and digital advertising platforms.Account for campaign budgets, prepaid advertising balances, accruals, refunds, credits and foreign currency transactions.Reconcile platform billing statements and payment transactions to the general ledger.Ensure advertising revenue and campaign costs are recognized accurately and in the correct reporting period.Work with sales, campaign and operational teams to reconcile client billings, campaign delivery and related costs.Monitor campaign profitability, budget variances and unbilled expenditure.Support cash flow forecasting and payment planning for advertising accounts.Maintain supporting documentation, strengthen financial controls and prepare schedules for internal and external audits.Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate reconciliations and streamline financial processes across Sage X3, Naviga and advertising platforms.
