Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and periodic reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and property-related transactions.
Ensure tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
ICAN/ACCA qualification or part-qualification is an advantage.
