Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and periodic reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and property-related transactions.
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification or part-qualification is an advantage.
