Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's receivables process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and effective follow-up on outstanding payments. Reduction in overdue receivables. Collection efficiency and recovery rates. Accuracy of reconciliations and financial records. Timely resolution of billing discrepancies. Quality and timeliness of reporting. Requirements Education & Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional certification or progress towards certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting roles. Experience in healthcare, logistics, technology, or startup environments is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and financial processes. Good analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism.
