Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting books regularly
  • Record daily financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices.
  • Reconciling stock utilization.
  • Track incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Provide necessary financial documents and explanations during internal or external audits.
  • Input and manage financial data using accounting software such as Tally Prime.
  • Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation
  • Preparing budget forecasts.
  • Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Generation of report with accounting software.
  • Ensure efficient filing system - all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged.
  • Assist the finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.
  • Applicants should have 1 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates residing around Surulere, Orile, Mile 2, Ijesha or Ago will have an added advantage.

Role Overview: The Vendor Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Gbovo's relationships with vehicle vendor partners. The role owns the vendor relationship from onboarding through activation and ongoing account management. The Vendor Account Manager will ensure vendors are actively using the Gbovo platform, maintain sufficient and accurate vehicle inventory, generate qualified customer referrals, meet agreed service-level expectations, and have a positive experience working with Gbovo. This is both a relationship management and commercial growth role. Success is measured not simply by the number of vendors managed, but by how active, productive, and satisfied those vendors are. Key Responsibilities Vendor Onboarding & Activation Manage the onboarding of new vehicle vendors onto the Gbovo marketplace. Ensure all required vendor documentation, agreements, business information, and compliance requirements are completed. Train vendors on Gbovo's marketplace, financing products, referral process, and operating procedures. Ensure vendors upload the agreed minimum number of eligible vehicles. Move vendors from signed onboarded active as quickly as possible. Conduct follow-ups with newly onboarded vendors to address early challenges and increase adoption. Vendor Portfolio Management Own and manage an assigned portfolio of Gbovo vendor partners. Maintain regular communication and structured check-ins with vendors. Vendor SLA & Accountability Ensure vendors understand and comply with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Track vendor performance against key requirements, including response times, vehicle availability, documentation, pricing accuracy, vehicle inspection readiness, and transaction completion. Follow up on SLA breaches and agree on corrective actions with vendors. Escalate repeated or material performance issues internally.
