Drive commercial growth: negotiate commissions and terms, secure promotions and new branches, and upsell Glovo Ads and in-app visibility products.
Run a high-tempo engagement rhythm: around 40 focused partner calls a day and 1 - 2 field days a week meeting partners face to face.
Lead with data: run weekly portfolio reviews in Looker, Google Sheets and Salesforce, spot trends early, and bring partners clear, data-backed business reviews.
Fix what costs partners orders: partner with Partner Operations, Live Ops and Courier Ops to improve availability, prep times, cancellations and delivery times.
Be the voice of the partner inside Glovo: share market insights and help shape new campaigns and products.
Protect the portfolio: spot at-risk partners early, resolve escalations end to end and keep churn low.
