Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, ELV, and Facility teams during shutdowns, breakdowns, and maintenance activities. Ensure all technicians follow safety procedures including PPE usage, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, and refrigerant safety procedures. Assist in KPI monitoring, manpower performance review,technical training, and development of HVAC technicians. Monitor spare parts and material requirements and report shortages to management. Support energy-efficiency initiatives and operational improvement programs. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, Sundays, public holidays, and emergency call-outs as required.
