About the Role
We are looking for an experienced who thrives in a full-cycle recruitment environment and brings strong business development skills.
You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships through to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys both sales/BD and high-volume, high-quality recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Management:
Proactively identify, approach, and convert new clients across target industries.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Negotiate terms, fee structures, and service-level agreements.
Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to retained or contingent assignments.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Own end-to-end recruitment processes (360): job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding support
Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and interview candidates against role requirements, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
Present high-quality shortlists and manage the interview process with clients and candidates.
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system.
Meet or exceed agreed KPIs on placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Additional Duties:
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and candidate experience
Stay current with industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry forums when required.
Requirements & Experience Essential:
Proven experience as a 360 / full-cycle recruiter (ideally 3+ years).
Strong experience recruiting across [specify sectors if known, e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance, Professional Services, or multi-sector].
Demonstrable track record in business development generating new clients and revenue.
Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Confident negotiator with clients and candidates.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Desirable:
Experience in both contingent and retained search models.
Existing network of clients and candidates in relevant markets.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best-practice recruitment compliance.
Previous experience in an agency or in-house talent acquisition environment.
